This scientific review provides a systematic exploration of international peer-reviewed literature to challenge conventional cardiovascular paradigms. The work examines the systemic athero-venous paradox, demonstrating why reductionist models based solely on dietary cholesterol fail to explain vascular obstruction patterns. Instead, clinical evidence reframes atherosclerosis as an exclusive, chronic infectio-immunological disease of the oxygenated, pulsatile arterial tree.
The volume maps out how plaque buildup and macrophage transformation into foam cells represent a survival and persistence strategy manipulated by latent intracellular pathogens, specifically Mycobacterium species and coronary Streptococcus, which infiltrate the arterial wall via the vasa vasorum.
The treatise analyzes the destructive vascular triad:Vascular calcifications induced by nanobacteria-like structures acting as crystallization centers.Localized amyloidosis developing within the vascular granuloma.Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation resulting in structural white clots.
These combined factors silently culminate in Sudden Unexplained Cardiac Death. Finally, this work outlines an integrated metabolic, enzymatic, and nutritional protocol designed to dissolve these protective biological niches by leveraging garlic-derived organosulfur compounds as anti-biofilm agents, targeted Vitamin D immunomodulation, and the restoration of blood Zeta Potential.
