I propose the Hudsonion Theory of Gravitational Leakage, a novel framework where gravity leaks from a higher-dimensional bulk into my 4D universe, offering an alternative explanation for flat galactic rotation curves without invoking dark matter. My theory introduces three key equations: the Leakage Strength Equation, modeling the decay of gravitational influence; the Effective Gravity Equation, modifying gravity with my control constant; and the Grand Unified Equation, integrating spatial decay, brane suppression, and temporal evolution. Using the Spitzer Photometry and Accurate Rotation Curves (SPARC) database, I test these equations on 12 galaxies, including dwarfs (e.g., DDO 154), low-surface-brightness galaxies (e.g., NGC 1560), and spirals (e.g., NGC 7331). With fixed universal constants, my model reproduces observed rotation curves, achieving comparable fits to the Lambda Cold Dark Matter (ACDM) model and Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND). I present quantitative comparisons, full curve plots, and testable predictions, such as dip structures in rotation curves observable with ALMA. While promising for galactic scales, my model awaits validation on cluster and cosmological scales, offering a potential bridge to a higher-dimensional theory of gravity. This abstract sets the stage for a detailed exploration of my theory's implications and empirical support.
