This study examines stigma and stereotypes within the neurodiversity framework and presents a model to define subtle ableism—a form of prejudice that is hidden yet persistent and impactful. The research was carried out by both neurodivergent and neurotypical authors in collaboration with neurodivergent adults, in accordance with the principle “Nothing about us without us.” The proposal aligns with Sustainable Development Goals 4, 8, and 10 by promoting quality education, decent work, and the reduction of inequalities.
