The author has remained in the old paradigm that physical time exists. He discusses proper time and coordinate time as that they are physical realities. They are not; they only exist as models. Time has no physical existence. In the universe, there is no proper time; there is no coordinate time. Time enters existence when measured. Clocks and time are human inventions. Universal space is time-invariant. It is not time that is relative. Relative is the velocity of change that runs in time-invariant space.
