This paper proposes that electromagnetic motion is not adequately represented by a purely linear or purely cyclic path. Linear progression and cyclic motion are treated as concurrent components producing a spiral or helical spatial character. Their combination defines an equivalent path axis Lₑ = 4πr, while v² is interpreted as an area-dimensional motion activity. The framework introduces Vₑ = 4πrv²T², Σₑ = 4πrv², and the ideal circular-cycle relation ΣₑT²/(16π³r³) = 1. The central proposal is that electromagnetic motion advances by sweeping a volume rather than describing only a line. Version 2 introduces a stronger conceptual derivation of the simultaneous cyclic-motion geometry, four explanatory figures, the volumetric-kinematic quantity H_e = 16π³r³f², its proposed correspondence with 4πR²g, and a 10-system normalized comparison.
