The Brights in the Fog: How AI-Driven Compliance Amplifies Systemic Intent Shadows (SIS)

In the contemporary regulatory landscape, the integration of high-velocity Artificial Intelligence (AI) into forensic oversight has inadvertently created an "Intensity Paradox." Building upon the empirical foundations established in the Forensic Intent Trilogy (Rodriguez, 2026), this paper codifies the Systemic Intent Shadow (SIS) Theory. It argues that administrative latency-the temporal gap between a financial action and its systemic recognition-creates a "Fog" in which AI-driven audits produce "Backscatter," misidentifying proactive compliance as fraudulent intent. This research proposes the Sunglasses Protocol as a diagnostic standard, shifting the forensic focus from surveillance intensity to temporal normalization.
