This preprint studies whether persistent non-vacuum structure can possess a nonzero physical threshold derived from the primitive dynamics of the Enchan Field, and then uses pure SU(2) Yang--Mills theory as an answer check. For the stabilized Enchan branch, the paper proves a nonempty family of exact spatially nonuniform recurrent traveling waves together with the analytic vacuum mode floor omega^2 = 1 + |k|^2 and inf_k omega = 1. For the independent zero-floor recurrent branch, under the stated localization, recurrence and positive-activity hypotheses, exact virial identities give ess sup |grad S| >= 2.1351479521294197... and Ebar_T/Q_T -> 4/3. For pure SU(2) Yang--Mills theory at fixed lattice regulator, the positive-vacuum ground-state transform gives the exact vacuum-adapted identity Delta_phys,a,L = [g^2(a)/(2a)] rho_phys,a,L and a strict finite-regulator spectral separation. Exact Schur-complement certificates on one through four coupled plaquettes give finite-graph lower bounds greater than 2.19647, 2.0514805, 1.142 and 0.74, respectively, at the stated diagnostic normalization. The continuum comparison is stated as an exact proof boundary rather than a no-go theorem. Conditional on two explicit reduction gates—a regulator-uniform nonlinear conditional-fiber estimate at fixed physical scale and a regular, nondegenerate quotient-coarse continuum limit at each fixed physical support—the remaining Yang--Mills requirement is reduced to the regulator-uniform noncollapse statement inf_R rho_bar_R > 0. These gates and the final noncollapse statement are not claimed as proved by the finite-regulator certificates.
