This version presents the unified and fully verified formulation of the Information-Induced Collapse Model (IICM-U), integrating the ontological, cosmological, and empirical frameworks into a single coherent structure.

It introduces consistent notation — (φ₍c₎, ρ₍c₎, c₍b₎, k₍c₎, ε₀) — and a harmonized terminology (“collapse–release dynamics,” “meaning-weighted refresh (MWR) current”).The empirical alignment module is expanded to include quantitative calibration with SPARC rotation-curve catalogues, KiDS/DES weak-lensing surveys, and high-ℓ Planck CMB spectra.
