This paper presents the Advanced Structural Cipher 1024-Universal Architecture Code (ASC 1024-UAC), a symmetric encryption mechanism designed to integrate multi-round substitution-permutation operations with ternary trit representations for post-quantum state considerations. The architecture operates on 770-byte payloads partitioned into 616 uniform 10bit matrix chunks (6160 bits), resolving boundary alignment discrepancies present in nonuniform bit conversions. To guarantee 100\% mathematical reversibility alongside strong diffusion, the algorithm replaces circular cross-dependencies with a sequential forward chaining diffusion layer seeded by an ephemeral round initialization vector (IV). Empirical benchmarking demonstrates an Avalanche Effect of 50.52\%, aligning with the ideal Strict Avalanche Criterion (50\%-55\%), a Shannon Entropy of 0.99997\text{ bits/symbol}, and a Trit Uniformity of 96.99\%. Execution across a 6-block pipeline yields an average latency of 13.80\text{ ms}. These results indicate that the proposed framework offers robust statistical diffusion and exact reversibility without relying on structural overhead.

You can write a PREreview of ASC 1024-UAC: A Reversible Ternary-Mapped Block Cipher Architecture with High Avalanche Diffusion. A PREreview is a review of a preprint and can vary from a few sentences to a lengthy report, similar to a journal-organized peer-review report.
