This article critically analyzes interactions mediated by AI-based chatbots through the theoretical lens of Bakhtinia. It explores the dialogic nature of chatbot-generated discourse, introducing the concept of "algorithmic monologism" to describe the simulated dialogue these technologies produce. Utilizing an analytical model grounded in Bakhtinian theory, the study demonstrates how AI chatbots simulate multiple discursive voices while ultimately reinforcing dominant discourses. It highlights the necessity for fostering critical awareness among interlocutors regarding the ethical, cultural, and pedagogical implications of chatbot-mediated interactions. The research contributes to AI literacy development, underscoring the importance of maintaining critical and reflective stances toward digital technologies in educational contexts.
