The Environmental Health Research Group is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to advancing evidence-based solutions for water quality, pollution control, environmental toxicology, and public health. Under Dr. Raimi’s leadership, we bridge rigorous scientific research with policy advisory and community engagement to address pressing environmental health challenges in Nigeria and the Global South.

The Environmental Health Research Group is a collaborative research club that brings together scholars, students, and practitioners to investigate and address critical environmental health issues, including water quality, pollution, toxicology, and climate-related health risks. Our purpose is to foster interdisciplinary research, build capacity among emerging scientists, and translate scientific evidence into actionable policies and community interventions that promote healthier environments and sustainable development.
