This publication presents a limited public overview of the KSS Registry and the SAS Operational Architecture authored by Ferhat Karmil. The work describes KSS as a five-volume registry corpus supported by a Final Support Package, an Operational Addendum, and controlled evidence archives.
The publication does not release the full Registry, the SAS19 evidence archives, the A_STAGE evidence packages, or the complete controlled verification corpus. Its purpose is to establish a public, citable overview of the system, its authorship, its structural boundaries, and its external-review route.
The KSS Registry is presented as a closed five-volume corpus. The Operational Addendum is not Volume VI. SAU_METHOD is identified as a separate supporting operational-method evidence layer. SAS, Stage Architecture, Quadro, PEP layers, and related verification routes are described as controlled operational and evidence structures available for external review under controlled access.
This public article is intended for authorship fixation, scholarly reference, and preliminary external orientation. Full evidence materials may be provided separately only under controlled review conditions.
