The Bulk-Caustic Engine framework, from a single axiom (∀x : contain(x) ≡ express(x)) and golden-ratio geometry, produces fourteen numerical predictions for fundamental physical constants across particle physics, cosmology, and astrophysics. None are fitted to observation. All use the same geometric inputs: the golden ratio φ, π, √5, the Planck temperature, and the cascade return resistance Ω_total = 10²⁴. This document presents each prediction, its formula, its observed value with experimental uncertainty, the framework’s predicted value, and the deviation expressed in terms of experimental error bars. Zero free parameters.

You can write a PREreview of From One Axiom to Fourteen Constants: The Bulk-Caustic Engine as a Geometric Foundation for Fundamental Physics. A PREreview is a review of a preprint and can vary from a few sentences to a lengthy report, similar to a journal-organized peer-review report.
