This paper introduces CALE LAW, a neuro symbolic framework that quantifies contradiction probability (C), ambiguity entropy (H), and system coherence (κ) across legal authorities. Applied to simulated U.S. tax code sections, the framework identifies structural contradictions that make perfect compliance logically impossible and suggests quantitative methods for legislative triage.
