Abstract: This paper presents a two-layer fiber bundle space configuration with invariant topology where: (i) Time emerges as discrete entropy-increasing steps, with the universe evolving through state transitions of a Space Elementary Quantum (SEQ) network; entropy is calculated via multiplicative energy distributions{S=∏mᵢ, i∈N} across SEQ network. (ii) SU(3) mediates local space compression through 3D modulation and axis transformations, maintaining spherical symmetry. This compression induces isotropic gravitational fields via external space stretching. (iii) The essence of mass is the storage of gravitational (spatial elastic) potential energy under the interaction of SU(3) corresponding to the compression of space. (iv)The framework provides a concrete mechanism for time dilation: local compression or stretching of SEQ modulates transformation frequency, directly linking gravitational/kinematic effects to observable time dilation phenomena. (v)The model predicts a falsifiable signature: a measurable difference between positron and electron magnetic moments, arising from their opposite chiral coupling to the fixed-spin SEQ ground state. (vi) The Higgs field acts as a quantum chiral lock(like a preloaded torsional spring energy storage combined with a ratchet), stabilizing the SU(3)-mediated elastic energy storage in localized space by enforcing symmetry-breaking constraints. (vii) In this model, the metric-frequency correspondence shows a deep connection between space geometry and the SEQ resonance frequency. (viii) Sub-Planckian space constituents serve as gravity field quantum-graviton and as substrate of SEQ. (Ⅸ) Physical Picture of Electromagnetic Interaction under General Relativity Effects. (x) A universe evolution Model is proposed to Explain Matter and Dark Matter Formation, Galactic Rotation Curve Anomalies, the Initial Low-Entropy State of the Universe, and the Mechanism of Accelerated Expansion. (XI) Degrees of Freedom in the Future and The essence of life in This Model. (xii)This model sets the resonant frequency and resonant axis vector of SEQ as two generalized coordinates in Hamiltonian formalism with the fundamental assumption of invariant spatial topology, naturally yielding global energy conservation and significantly simplifying the Hamiltonian formulation of the system. (xiii) This model provides physical intuition for multiple phenomena, including the non-additivity of the speed of light, wave-particle duality, the uncertainty principle, parity non-conservation, the electron's 1/2 spin, the neutron electric dipole moment problem, the fractional charge of quarks, the nature of energy in nuclear reactions, muon decay, the Structural Origins of Fermion Generations and Neutrino oscillation.
