This note introduces and transcribes a single entry concerning Imperial Japanese Navy Lieutenant Otani Tsune (⼤⾕恒) in the investiture list issued on 11 September 1943, preserved in the Naval Gazette (Internal Circulation Only), Extra Edition and made available by the Japan Center for Asian Historical Records (JACAR).
