This article presents the results of calculating changes in the Earth's kinetic energy associated with periodic changes in its rotation speed. It has been shown that the power of the kinetic energy change is sufficient to fully sustain all tectonic activity. A method for predicting earthquakes based on the quantitative calculation of geodynamic field parameters is proposed. The Earth's rotation field is presented as a separate physical field, and together with the gravitational field and the Earth's elasticity field, it fully describes the dynamics on a rotating planet without any hypotheses about the internal structure of the Earth. The proposed method allows for the prediction of both natural and anthropogenic earthquakes.
