The analysis begins by exploring the legal barriers that hinder the participation of ethnic minorities, examining both national and international legal systems. Attention is then given to the role of international federations, such as the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and FIFA, in shaping policies that affect inclusion. Case studies from history are reviewed to illustrate the real-world impact of racial discrimination in sport. Finally, the paper proposes a set of legal reforms aimed at fostering inclusivity within global sports, with the aim of promoting a more equitable and just sporting environment for athletes from all ethnic backgrounds.
