Objective: This technical report on innovative initiatives in Human Talent (HT) management processes with the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions at Algar Telecom. In particular, it highlights the creation of a chatbot called DIANA, a solution designed to assist digital literacy activities focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Methodology: The DIANA project was born from an internal challenge promoted by Grupo Algar called “TH Challenge with AI”, which aims to disseminate a culture of innovation and intrapreneurship among its associates, through the insertion of AI in its solutions focused on human resources (HR) management. Main results: The expected contributions are to strengthen the culture of innovation and promote intrapreneurship, optimizing TH processes through the application of AI. Methodological contributions: The project provides a more dynamic and creative environment, where practices that are aligned with (new) management ideas and organizational innovation are explored. Relevance/originality: In addition to optimizing internal processes, the initiative also strengthens ESG practices. The creation of the chatbot reflects the internal DEI literacy process and demonstrates the company's commitment to advancing its strategic dimensions. Contributions to management: The project improves HT management activities through advanced tools such as AI, strengthens the culture of innovation and agile methodologies while promoting inclusion and continuous training through intrapreneurship.
